Austin, Texas—The tech giant, Apple Inc., is a clear example that technology is constantly advancing. Tim Cook and his team hosted the second fall event of the company, on Oct. 30 to launch new models in the iPad Pros and Mac range. This adds to the successful release of the iPhone XS series, which is generating great profit to Apple just in the first month. Today’s announcement took place at the Howard Gilman Opera House and Brooklyn Academy of Music. This is the fourth event that the company has hosted in 2018 to present the updated version of well-known products and its mesmerizing features.
According to Cook, Apple’s CEO, 400 million iPads have been sold in the last year making the company stands out from other tech manufactures. The external hardware’s main characteristics are the edge-to-edge liquid retina display and the “True Depth” sensor array. The new iPad will no longer use the home button to access the principal menu. Instead, it will use face ID scanner for secure authentication. The display, which comes in 11 and 12.9 inches, has more resolution thanks to the 3.98 million pixels.
More hardware features, include the USB-C port on the new iPad Pro models. The redesigned and re-engineered device will use now the smart connector to allow faster charging and new functionalities that were not possible via the lightning port. The USB-C port allows Apple’s users to share chargers and accessories with other Apple’s devices.
The internal hardware has upgraded the processor to a new variant, the powerful A12 Bionic chipset and has expanded the storage to 1 Terabyte of memory. The new iPad has a 90% faster processor and is 92% faster than other portables. These new features are blurring the boundaries between iPad and Laptops.

Customers can access to this combo by paying $2,550.37 – iPad Pro 12,9”: 1,899; Keyboard: $199; and Pencil: $129.
To the delight of customers, Apple redefines the notebook and brings new updates to the MacBook line. This thin and well-shop design has not been updated since 2015. The MacBook Air features a 15.6 mm size and 2.75 of weight, which is 17% less volume than the previous model.
